If there isn’t a good match with this donor, we offer you a new gene match test with a different donor free of charge.
You must request the free test with another donor within one week of receiving the results from the first gene match test.
Purchase donor sperm for storage
To ensure your preferred donor doesn’t sell out while waiting for GeneMatch test results, we recommend purchasing 1–3 sperm units for storage with us.
If your GeneMatch test result is negative, we offer free exchange (up to 3 units) for a comparable donor within three months of the initial purchase.
