Meet our IUI staff
Here you will find an introduction to our staff in the IUI department at Diers Fertility Clinic.
We look forward to welcoming you!
Managing Director
My name is Liza Diers and I have started Diers Klinik. My motivation for opening the fertility clinic is that I want to help any woman or couple – single, lesbian or heterosexual – get pregnant.
I have undergone fertility treatment at the clinic myself and have three donor babies.
General Manager, MA in Nursing Science
My name is Kristina. As a manager, I have many tasks, which means it’s rare that you’ll meet me for the actual treatment.
I enjoy the fact that every day we meet a lot of happy and expectant people who come to us to fulfil their greatest wish.
It’s also a great pleasure to have colleagues who do their best to ensure that we have satisfied customers and a high success rate for pregnancies.
Laboratory and Tissue Centre Manager. MSc. in Biology, PhD.
My name is Anne. At Diers Klinik, I am responsible for ensuring that the clinic meets the regulatory requirements that apply to a tissue centre. I focus on quality assurance in the clinic and I am also present in the clinic’s laboratory.
It’s great to be part of a talented team, all working towards the common goal of fulfilling women and couples’ dreams of a family and children. It’s so life-affirming to be part of creating life.
Fertility Coordinator, MA in International Business Communication
I have worked at Diers Fertility Clinic since 2018, where I, among other things, meet our clients for the initial interview and keep in touch via email throughout the process.
In addition, I’m part of our marketing team, where I have a special focus on our German website and social media content.
Midwife, BSc. in Midwifery
On maternity leave.
My name is Ida Marie. I speak Danish, German and English.
I scan, inseminate and give acupuncture in the clinic, but you can also meet me for consultations and by email and phone. What I love about my work is that I help women/families achieve their dreams every day.
Nurse, BSc. in Nursing
My function in the clinic is that I am an all-rounder, so you can meet me before, during and after IUI treatment.
Working here at the clinic is a big contrast for me to the busy everyday life I was used to from the large public hospital I was previously employed.
Here at the clinic we take our time and energy. And we do our best to create opportunities for you to fulfil your family wishes.
Midwife, BSc. in Midwifery
I originally come from Germany and speak German, Danish and English.
As a midwife at the clinic, I am involved in many different parts, and you may meet me for scans, IUI treatments, acupuncture and consultations, as well as by phone and e-mail.
I really value working in a clinic where there is time for each individual person, and where we make every effort to support you in the best possible way as you work towards fulfilling your wish for a family.

Midwife, MSc. in Midwifery
I have been a midwife since 2011 and have 6 years of experience from a specialist gynaecology practice.
In my daily work at Diers Klinik in Esbjerg, I meet women and couples in connection with consultations, scans and insemination treatment.
For me, it is deeply meaningful to help women and couples fulfil their greatest dream. I place great importance on creating a sense of safety, calm and presence throughout the process, with room for both questions and emotions.
Administration and Marketing, Master of Laws
I manage a wide range of legal tasks, including ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, drafting contracts, handling GDPR matters, and more. In addition, I am part of the clinic’s marketing team focusing on projects such as our Danish and English websites, and contributing to campaigns, exhibitions, and other initiatives.
Although I don’t have much direct contact with those of you undergoing treatment, it is a true privilege to be part of a team that brings joy and new life to others every day.
B.A. of Medicine
I speak German, Danish and English.
I scan, do IUI-treatments in the clinic, but you can also meet me for consultations and by email and phone. It is a privilege to be able to help you make your dreams come true.

I am originally from Germany and speak Danish, English and German – and I am always happy to give Swedish a try too 😊
At the clinic, you will often meet me as one of the first people you are in contact with, either at the initial consultation, by email or over the phone.
I feel very privileged to be allowed to play a small part in your path towards fulfilling your wish for a child.
