IVF and ICSI Treatment
With IVF, eggs are fertilised with sperm in the laboratory.
With ICSI, a single selected sperm cell is injected directly into the egg. The fertilised egg develops into an embryo, which is then transferred into the uterus.
IVF with donor eggs and partner sperm
In donor egg treatment, eggs from an egg donor are fertilised with sperm from the recipient’s partner. The fertilised egg develops into an embryo, which is then transferred into the recipient’s uterus.
IVF with donor eggs and donor sperm
It is also possible to have IVF using both donor eggs and donor sperm. This option is available to both single women and women with a partner.
