If you get treated by assisted reproduction at Diers Klinik and do not live in Denmark, we would ask you to research the consequences under civil law which are legally valid in your home country.

Consequences under civil law for foreign customers who live in Denmark

If you get treated by assisted reproduction at Diers Klinik and live in Denmark, you should be aware that the Danish laws apply for you.

Before each treatment you must fill out the form shown below. With this form your partner will be automatically registered as legal parent. As a legal parent you are legally obligated to pay child support and the child will be entitled to the inheritance.

If your partner is not able to be at the clinic on the day of the treatment, you will be responsible to fill out the form ahead with two witnesses. The witnesses are not required if you both are at the clinic on the day of the treatment:
