Let’s meet for a friendly and informative fertility consultation

The first step on your fertility journey is an initial consultation.

We can either meet here at the clinic or remotely on the phone or by video call from your own home.

If you are starting the fertility journey as a couple, we would like to meet both of you. You are also welcome to bring a friend or family a member.

The fertility consultation takes place in a calm and safe setting. It is important to us to get to know you and your wishes for the treatment course. Therefore, our starting point is always you and your medical and family history.

We will go through the details about the course of treatment with you and how you can best prepare yourself. We will also provide you with a timeline and a transparent price for the treatment.

Ovulation test and selection of sperm donor

At the consultation, we will explain exactly how and with which ovulation tests you should test, so that we can find the right time for the treatment. Feel free to read any of our blog post about this before the interview.

If you need a sperm donor for your treatment, we will talk through your wishes and how they can best be accommodated. If you have a friend or acquaintance who you want to be the donor/father of your child, this is also an option. It is important that he also participates in the consultation or have a consultation with us himself. Get answers to your questions

Last but not least, you will get the opportunity to receive answers to any questions you may have. We recommend you prepare a list of questions. This will help us support you and to clarify or alleviate any confusion.

It is important to us that the fertility consultation provides you with a clear idea of what is going to happen and that you feel safe and prepared to begin the fertility journey.

Start treatment whenever you feel ready

After the consultation, the treatment can begin as soon as you are ready and all necessary blood tests are available.

It is entirely up to you when you want to start treatment. There is no pressure for you to take a decision right away. We fully understand that starting treatment and having a baby is a decision for life – perhaps the most lifechanging decision you will ever make.

We have no waiting time, so we are ready when the time is right for you.

We hold fertility consultations every day of the week between 10am and 3pm. The interview lasts approx. 30-60 minutes, and we recommend that we carry out the consultation no later than one month before the first insemination. The consultation can of course also be held at shorter notice.

You decide for yourself whether you prefer a consultation in person at the clinic, on a video call, or on a regular telephone call. If you choose a video call, we will send you a link in due time before our appointment. If you prefer to meet on the phone, we will call you on the time of the appointment.

After you have completed the booking, you will receive a link to a questionnaire on our website.

You must fill in and send back the questionnaire before the consultation.
