If there isn’t a good match with this donor, we will offer a new GeneMatch test with a different donor at no extra cost, provided you order the test within 1 week of receiving the result from the first GeneMatch test.

Purchase donor sperm for storage

To prevent your preferred donor from selling out while you await the results of the GeneMatch test, we recommend purchasing 1-3 sperm units and storing them with us. If you receive a negative result from the GeneMatch test, we offer a free exchange (of up to 3 units) for an equivalent donor for up to 3 months after the initial purchase.
