We offer our clients the opportunity to enjoy a unique mini-break in Aarhus as part of your visit to the clinic.
Welcome to the bathhouse
With only three metres to the water and a location directly on the pier in the iconic Bjarke Ingels tiny house style bathhouse building, this is a very special place to stay.
You’ll be in the centre of the vibrant, urban life in Aarhus’ new, hip district, Aarhus Ø. Here you’ll find cutting-edge architecture, a wealth of activities, exciting restaurants in all price ranges, street food/take-away and coffee and ice cream parlours.
The bathhouse is located approximately 1.8 km from Diers Clinic and the city’s central square, Store Torv – about a brisk 20-minute walk.
In addition, the bathhouse is close to the beautiful Risskov area, offering opportunities for scenic walks along the waterfront, through the forest, and in the charming city centre.
Inside the bathhouse
Inside the small bathhouse, you’ll be greeted by a relaxed, Nordic atmosphere.
Light streams in through the large windows and there are panoramic views of the water and harbour.
With its 21 well-utilised square metres, the bathhouse consists of a living area with a kitchenette and access to the sleeping loft via a staircase. At the back you’ll find a toilet and bathroom.
The interior is kept in a typical Scandinavian design style with a focus on functionality and natural materials.
Facilities:
- Living area with dining table, benches and chairs.
- Small kitchenette (in the living area) with fridge, good quality coffee machine, coffee/tea, toaster, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, cloths, tea towels, kitchen roll and washing-up liquid. PLEASE NOTE! No stove, oven or microwave.
- Toilet/bath with towels, various soaps/shampoo, toilet paper and hairdryer.
- Sleeping accommodation: In the loft 2 large beds with good mattresses, 4 sets of duvets/pillows with cotton bed linen
- Smoke alarm
Parking can be added for an extra charge
It is possible to purchase parking at Navitas car park (a 15-minute walk from the bathhouse) for 100 DKK per night:
- Check-in: Earliest at 14:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: No later than 12:00 on the day of departure.
If parking is needed before check-in or after check-out, additional hours can be purchased at the payment terminal in Navitas.
Note: The parking offer does not apply for stays from Saturday to Sunday, as parking is free on Sundays in Navitas.

Check-in and check-out
Check in: 16:00 at the earliest
Check out: No later than 10:00 am
Check-in is via the key box at the door.
Minimum number of nights
The bathhouse must be booked for a minimum of 2 nights if you book in advance.
Otherwise, you can enquire about availability on the day of arrival – if the bathhouse is available, it will be possible to rent it for just 1 night.
During your stay
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking not allowed
- Max. 3 guests
- No shoes indoors
At check-out
- Please empty the rubbish bins
- Please leave used bed linen and towels on the bathroom floor
- Lock the bathhouse and place the key in the key box
ATTENTION!
- Access to the sleeping loft is via a ladder/staircase, which requires a certain level of mobility.
- Due to the bathhouse’s location near the harbour quay and the loft design, it is less suitable for young children, who should be kept under constant supervision while staying in the house.
- When the sun shines directly on the bathhouse, it can become warm. During the summer months, an air cooler/fan will be available in the house.
Rental price:
900 DKK per night when pre-booking + a fee of 350 DKK for mandatory final cleaning on the day of departure
DKK 1,100 per night when booking on the day of arrival + a fee of DKK 350 for mandatory final cleaning on the day of departure.
Refund policy:
If you cancel your booking, 50% of the total rental price will be refunded, regardless of the time of cancellation. Cleaning and any parking fees are 100% refundable.

Railway/bus station: 2.5 km
Public transport from the railway station to the bathhouse:
- Take bus 3A from the bus stop at Park Allé/Rådhuset (City Hall) and get off at Bernhard Jensens Boulevard. From here it’s about a 7-minute walk to the bathhouse.
- Take the light rail (L1) from the railway station and get off at Østbanetorvet. From here it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the bathhouse.
